Time for cards and friends

 

 One of my first Christmas Card designs for 2012 it has been really popular and I have quite a few orders for this one, so I will be a busy bee.

 2nd design for Christmas 2012. I am not to sure about this one might have to modify it just a little.

 Same as number 1 with different paper.

 Last years design but it is also very popular.

Hello everyone out there in bloggerland, I have been quite busy with one thing and another, but have made some time lately to make some cards to share with friends. I hope you like them. I am been a little sick over the past few months, so the card making has been on hold, but well enough to sit at the card table now. I have one more design to share with you all, but will share that tomorrow.

Keely's Birthday Card

Morning everybody, just wanting to share with you the card for my grandaughters birthday, she turned 15 and her favourite colours are hot pink and black. I set about making this card and she loved it so I hope you all enjoy.

I promise I will get back into making a few cards, I seem to be running out of time lately, always something to do. Today I have to go up to the school, so half the day will be gone.

Hello everyone, it is the day after the local show, and I am pleased to say that with my first entries into the show I got 2 first prizes and lots of seconds and a couple of thirds, I am soo proud. I am posting a few of the cards that I exhibited for you to enjoy. This little shirt is made as an embellishment, but you can make it bigger and open for a card for a dad or boyfriend or male Birthday, I think they are great, and you can decorate as you like to suit the person.

Hello everyone, well it is Tuesday again, I have not done alot recently, as haven't been to well of late, but starting to get there. Anyway yesterday was my hubby's birthday so I made his card, and he loved it. So I thought I would share with everyone.

Made in my favourite colours red white and a little black. Hope you like it.

I have cropped the inside message as it was a little lovely dovey, so you are only seeing some of the inside.

Morning Tea with Joy and girls

This morning we had a lovely time with Joy, she invited a few of us over to assess her on a presentation she is doing for her studies.

The video was great, I hope she is able to get it posted as it was a great way to make boxes, and I can"t remember all of the details to the folding of the paper.

Anyway thanks Joy it was a lovely morning out, enjoyed it, the food was great as well.

I hope you get a good result for the assignment it was a credit to you.

Tuesday at Pitts Palace

Good afternoon everyone, just a quick post before I have to go and feed my grandaughter who insists on telling me she is hungry every 5 mins ( she says she is a tiger shark) heheh. Anyway I think I can hold her off for a couple of minutes till i get this post done.

Here is some of the little boxes I made a couple of weeks ago and they would be great to put little gifts in, my little tiger shark filled hers up with easter eggs and took them home. Anyway have to go she is getting serious now.

Sunday Morning

Hello everyone, just a quick note before I have to get up and about, today there is a golf Pro coming to town, so I have to take Keely over to meet her, I am very interested in just having a look at what she might have to show," never to old to learn " Then we have a BBQ lunch.... so Kids if there is anyone out there keen to learn to play golf, please come up to the Golf Club around 11am.

You need no equipment it is all supplied by the pro or the club.... we are trying to get a Junior competition going again in Blackall. ....so come along and support the Golf Club in Blackall.

Now to cards I made this one for Mum at the end on March for her Birthday, Mum is a keen gardener,so when I saw the paper I just had to have it.

Then I decided to make a little gift voucher to put inside the card, as Mum loves Lotto tickets.

A better look at things

Hello again everybody, I have installed a new program for my photo's so hopfully you will be able to get a better look a some of my cards, I was quietly sitting and just thinking about making a new card, when my daughter sang out "Mum we are moving in for a week of so" (I did know) they have just bought another house and have to stay here for a little while, to allow time for the tennents to move into their other house. Now that I have confused anyone, I am going to try to post a few more of my cards....this should allow you all to see the pictures a little better. Cheero for now.

Saturday morning

Morning all in Blogger land, I have not had any time to do cards in the past few days as busy helping out my husband get out the Newspaper, it is a very busy job...but he is doing well.

Anyway thought I would show you a card I made for my grandaughter's birthday in May, I hope she likes it. Thanks to Joy, she lent me the stamp for the image as I am learning to colour....wasn't interested before,

but it is something now the I think I will explore.

Card to go with voucher holder

This is the card that I made for John and Nat's Wedding. I recycled their Wedding invitation and turned it into their card....and used some cream paper that I embossed. I than did what is called Iris folding in the middle of the Heart, not bad for my fist go, I didn't like the pattern on the internet so I made up my own....I am sure I will get better with practice, or maybe I will just go with what I think looks good.

Hello again everybody, will this is going to be just great I am going to attempt to post a blog and picture of one of the cards I have made at home. Not sure quite what I am doing but will now try to put a picture in for you all to look at.
